Bryce Petersen

Bryce Petersen is the CEO of Harbor Rock Energy. Prior to co-founding Harbor Rock, Bryce was the CFO of Daytona Resources, a Permian-focused minerals company. He was previously the Director of Finance at Ridgefield Energy, where he played a key role in building a portfolio of minerals and non-operated assets in the Permian and Eagle Ford. Earlier in his career, Bryce served in various roles at First Reserve and UBS Investment Bank. He holds a B.B.A in Business Honors and Finance from Texas A&M University.
Bryan Griffith
Chief Operating Officer
Bryan Griffith is the COO of Harbor Rock Energy. Prior to co-founding Harbor Rock, Bryan served as Director of Engineering at Daytona Resources, where he was responsible for all technical underwriting. Previously, he was a Director at Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co., where he led transactions across multiple basins. Earlier in his career, Bryan held various positions at Luxe Energy I, Luxe Energy II, and Luxe Minerals. He earned a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
